We bring families, professionals and other caregivers together in the development and implementation of a high quality and comprehensive plan of care.
Director Claudette Sandecki has the experience and clinical expertise to ensure practical and effective interventions in support of people with disabilities, mental health issues and complex care needs.
Our consultants have extensive teaching experience and in collaboration with our affiliated professionals offer training and education which include a range of disciplines.
Through assessment, implementation and training, caregivers are provided with tools which will have long-term value, and minimize risks to individuals, family members, and communities.
